How fast does the eSIM arrive?
The QR code is sent to your WhatsApp number and email within minutes of the payment going through. It is also on your order page and in your account.
How do I install the eSIM?
Open Settings → Mobile / Cellular → Add eSIM and scan the QR, or enter the activation code manually. Keep the eSIM line off until you arrive; then turn it on and enable data roaming for that line. If data does not start, set the APN shown on your order page and toggle airplane mode once.
When does the validity start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination — not when you buy it. Install before you fly, switch on when you land.
Can I use the eSIM as a hotspot?
Yes. Every plan is data-only with hotspot sharing allowed.
What does unlimited mean?
The data allowance is not capped for the plan's validity. Local networks and our supplier may apply their own network-management rules to very heavy use; no fixed figure is published, and we print none. See the terms.
Can I add more data to an eSIM I already have?
Yes. From your account, or by messaging top up on WhatsApp, add another pack of the same plan to an active eSIM. The same eSIM keeps working.
Which phones support eSIM?
Most iPhones from the XS onwards, Google Pixel from the 3, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Note, Z and A models. The phone must be carrier-unlocked. Unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp with your exact model before paying.
Can I get a refund?
An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time. Once an eSIM has been issued, refunds follow our refund policy and are raised with our supplier; you can see the status in your account and on WhatsApp.
